The "Hakim Semi-Auto 8mm Mauser (Egypt)" found among your pictures is no Mauser at all, far from. It's a license-built Egyptian version of the Swedish semi-automatic rifle m/42 system Ljungman. The Ljungman entered service in the Swedish army in the early 40's as Ag42. The caliber was 6.5 mm Swedish Service (6.5x55). Ag stands for automatgevär, or self-loading rifle. It was made from 1942 to 1962.
