UMAREX CPSport

The notorious German airgun manufacturer UMAREX, owned by CARL WALTHER WAFFENFABRIK GmbH, has introduced in the year 2007 a CO2-powered metal BB replica of the Walther P99 pistol, for informal plinking purposes as well as for basic pistol marksmanship training. The UMAREX CPSport is a more plinking-oriented, less expensive variant of the previous UMAREX direct CO2 copy of the Walther P-99, known as the CP99. The UMAREX CPSport is advertised as "again setting standards among action pistols". The airgun works is operated by the UMAREX patented "Fast-Action" trigger system. The UMAREX CPSport feeds through a grip-inserted magazine hosting both 8 "Diabolo" metal BB pellets and a CO2 capsule which can be easily and rapidly exchanged through the UMAREX proprietaru "Quick-Action" reaload system.
