What do you do to keep yourself combat ready?! :)
Just out of interest, and to put something else other than dodgy photographs in this topic, what do you all do to keep your self fit and ready for service/the wife/invasion?.
I do the usual, running (there are some nice big hills where I live), situps, press-ups (I swear I will never be any good at those) etc, and the occasional (I really must do more) TAB.
I can set you up with a full workout program if you like.
Can't hurt to get some professional advice, thanks - the stuff the PTI's give is just basically do lots of situps, pushups and running.
I could really do with something that will improve my press-ups, I've always sucked at those which is wierd as my upper body strength isn't too bad.
