Re: Surefire Hi-Cap Magazines!

Also, don't the 9mm coffin mags for the Suomi have some sort of multi-stack thing going on?

Re: Uh-oh...

Yeah, I realized that a bit late :p . Too bad it's not Jong-nam - considering how lackadaisical he is, he might be a likely contender to try and open the country up. "Forget all this Juche crap and...

Re: Uh-oh...

Probably not, actually. South Korea has developed so far past the north that a full intensity conflict over this would be more of a loss for them than just taking a few casualties and sighing at the...

Re: Okay, so, which are the two main points of the Antys?

Well, way to get people's hopes up and then cruelly dash them, Mr. Owino.

Re: Caracal pistols. BEWARE!

The lesson: always wear your safety glasses. Heck, I've had .22 casings end up in my Remington 870 (action open on my shooting table, to be fair) - you never know how or where a casing is going to...

Re: That's the ARX-160 standard model.

So you say, and yet it looks like it's made out of the same stuff as the palm rests on my laptop. I call shenanigans, sir. Shenanigans!

Anyhow, is this a totally new design (well, as new as it can...

Re: Guess who started making AKs?

Yeah, I can sympathize with Izhmash a bit, but their design was developed in an era when they were a Soviet state corporation (meaning they didn't hold any private rights to it), and was then...

Re: Guess who started making AKs?

The AK is probably the most common infantry weapon on the African continent, so if they wanted to attempt any sales (especially if they can't rely solely on purchases from the government of...

Re: Guess who started making AKs?

I guess they gotta do what they gotta do, but something a bit more original would be nice to see. Then again, if my hazy recollection of Ethiopian history is at all accurate, they were aligned with...

Re: Side note on my last trivia...

Bad news from that site: "Our Products are restricted to official use only and are NOT available to the general public."

Totally long shot, and I might be speaking out my ass, but you could try...

Re: Next coolest shotgun on the market!

That is pretty dang spiffy looking, I'll admit. I just hope it's a serious product with some effort put into its development and manufacture, and not just some "throw some polymer and pot metal in a...

Not surprised that you browse hermann-historica.com also, PT.

Re: Still thiking that the Obama presidency will be a nuisance for gun rights?

Yeah, it's only now that people are claiming the president is working to destroy the government and country (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starve_the_beast), coincidentally enough because he's a black...

Re: OMG! SCAR-L canceled!

Jesus. At this stage, I've lost track of just what new rifle the military wants to use to replace the M-16/M-4 rifles. It's all like Goldilocks now - "Too hot, too cold, just righ- no, it's not".

Re: OK Men, time for some trivia.

Perhaps the grip is more ergonomic? And also, don't Sten mags have some reliability issues? Being able to take advantage of more recent advances in magazine tech (as opposed to the WWII-era dead end...

CeeTee is referring to a hypothetical situation, I think, not one that is yet in effect.

Re: Ever wished to own a SA-80, guys?

Ho ho, lucky doggy!

Too bad it's only in .22, though? A full fledged one in 5.56mm would be nice, at least as a curiosity.

Re: Remington M-887 NitroMag Tactical

Eh, I would suppose that shipping Remington shotguns over to Italy isn't the most lucrative business proposition in the first place, what with all the local manufacturers over there.

There's...

Re: Remington M-887 NitroMag Tactical

If you're SWAT or (maybe) a cop, I could see it being useful. Maybe. But for most any shotgun needs a civilian may have, there's really no point in going beyond the $200 used (maybe $300 new)...

Re: Oh, PLEASE, tell me this isn't happening...

"Red Dawn" can only be enjoyed in an ironic, '80s cheesy sort of way - and it even seems to be kind of slipping from that status as the years go by. A remake is the last thing we need.

Re: Man, is it even surprising anymore?

Found pics of the (apparent) rentboy in question. Not exceptionally NSFW, but you know, some of you probably don't want your co-workers seeing you look at shirtless dudes and getting...

Re: For Russian Weapons Lovers

The Pribor 3 or triple barreled whatever just seems amusingly Soviet in its design. While American arms designers spend millions of dollars and many hours of effort to develop a whole new rifle, the...
