In Italy, a testimony relating to a criminal case from s.o. who's already been found guilty for said case is admissible as an immediate evidence against any possible accomplice. So to speak: if I get sentenced to jail for robbing a store with Mr. White as an accomplice (although I am the only one getting tried), and then I subsequently testify against him, the sum of the two things constitute an indefeasible evidence.
