Looks like an anti-tank mine.

But I can't see how one would use the Stg-44... Either the stock would be in... the way, or you'd be aiming at the dirt... Maybe if you aim it offside enough...


Still impractical as hell.



Wouldn't mind having some fun with it on a huge 360 degree shooting range, however...
