Nephew ships of for Marine corp Basic
Poor kid,
Paris Island in the summer heat then off to proably afganistan to even worse heat. And god only knows what else.I'm not certain what is allowed these days as far as the marine corp is concerned once he arrives in the dust bowl with a APO addy I plan one shipping him a assload of PMAGS and any other gear he request.Anyone know what the regs are these days?

I feel for him. I went through Benning last summer. Fucking sucked! The training was outstanding. The experience and mental hardship was the worst thing I'd ever been through. Not sure what he can have with him in the sand box. I'm not even sure what I'll be able to have on the Sinai.
