Madsen/DISA it is same. I have not more infos about these prototypes.
In 1962 the firm of "Dansk Industri Syndikat AS" released the LAR (Light Automatic Rifle) in 7,62x51mm Nato.
You can find a lot of other pieces of collection on this Website, a Danish Museum:

Here's some of the info I got.

The PSG-SM 99 is a bolt-action tactical sniper rifle designed for police and special operations use, and is manufactured by SAXONIA Spezialtechnik in Germany. It is designed to be highly accurate against targets 100 to 300 meters away. The PSG-SM 99 is chambered in the .300 Winchester Magnum and .308 Winchester calibers; additional calibers, according to the manufacturer's website, are available on request.

The rifle weighs 7.5 kilograms (16.5 pounds), without optics. The standard accessories package for the rifle includes an aluminum carrying case, bipod, and three magazines. The standard magazine capacity is five cartridges.

There is also a civilian version available, with a camo finish and no nightvision option.

I'm not sure if the rifle comes with any optics by default, or not. It may come with a standard scope and optional nightvision attachment.
