Default Manufacturer Servicing

I've got a Teknys gold sporting in with Beretta right now having the reciever refinished. So far, this is only the third time i've ever had to send a weapon in to get fixed.
My previous experience with that 686 with the sticky trigger I originally asked Rog and Pierangelo to see if they could find schematics on ended up going back twice. Eventually Beretta's chief service engineer in Maryland called me for permission to put a doubleset trigger in to fix it.
Otherwise, the only other time i've had to handle manufacturer's service was on those Kimber 17Mach2 pistols my brother, father, and sister bought. Despite TJ and other dealers i've talked to who've had problems with Kimber--
who else has had to send in a piece to the company that made it for service.

....no Ed, the 18 does not count.
