Talking Another corrupt politician sent where he belongs to!

Funny that you would mention this. Just yesterday here in Cleveland there was a massive FBI raid and several local politician's homes were raided and assets were frozen. The FBI is not talking or giving any details, but ALOT of politicians are going down.

And that's how it's supposed to be in a civilized Country. Here in Italy, we are so full of corrupt politicians (our PM Berlusconi first of them all) that we can't simply get rid of them, as long as they keep on sitting down in the Parliament or in the Government, breaking the Constitution and making laws to stop the Courts from judging them, and with no law forcing them to resign by any means (yep, that's it, our politicians are not forced by law to step down when found guilty of something... but that's because when our Constitution was written, in 1948, the politicians who wrote it were simply another kind of men, they would have never and ever thought that a public official found guilty of a crime would not have stepped down of his own will)... only after they have been found guilty under all the three degrees of our Judgement system (1st degree trial, appeal, and Supreme Court) the parliament is forced to expel them, but with such a system, judgement gets so long that the STATUTE OF LIMITATION intervenes first and they just get along with that... and it really, REALLY sucks.

An appeal to you all Americans: don't hesitate to go down as hard as it gets with corrupt politicians. Don't become like we are.

Well it's not much better here. When a politician is being investigated, a simple resignation will usually keep them from facing charges. Then they sit on their fat asses and collect their pension courtesy of taxpayers like me. Political systems pretty much suck all over the world these days.

They never seem to do hard time locked up in the kinda places you and me would be sent for some stupid ass firearms violation. It would be true justice if the had to do 3 or 4 years locked up with Long Cleofus Johnson
