Default AR help

So here's what I was looking to do for a summer project...
I've touched up my Bushmaster and thought that this summer might be a reasonable time to build myself my own "black rifle" in .223.
I've already got go/no-go head space gauges, receiver-vice block, torque wrench, The complete AR-15 Assembly Manualand a DPMS combo tool.
I'd like for it to serve as a venerable tactical rifle...and if it weren't for cost, would prefer to chamber it for .308.
I'm looking for suggestions to be in consideration for cost-- the point to this experiment is to create a weapon capable of MOA accuracy at distance and budget.
As I see it, I can buy a new rifle with these desired parts for around 1,500+
My goal is to create a similar rifle for less than a grand.

I've got my mind set on (but not absolutely adamant about):
Chip McCormick two-stage curved trig
Magpul adjustable grip with oversized guard
Magpul adjustable precision stock
JP enterprises light contour 20" barrel w/ adjustable gasblock and heatsink.
Freefloat tube
DPMS titanium bolt carrier assembly
Vortec flash hider
G&GG flip up front and rear sights.
ATN LR7 3-9 cammed to .223

What I need suggestions for:
Receiver
upper (flattop)
Buffer

Boys, I could really use some input.
Yes TJ, I know I'd be better with an EBR, but i can't break my wallet entirely.
Throw in whatever else you think might be any good suggestions...besides stepping it up a caliber.
At this point, I want something I can assemble over the next six-eight months and use as a modular tactical rifle. I am not resolute to any one item, and if you can think of any bargains or better or more affordable options, my mind is open to all suggestions.

Default Silence?

Wow...for once, nobody had anything to say?
Well, while a 415 receiver is out of my price range, I've managed to put together a pretty decent shopping list.
Feel free to add your own two cents as we go along--
Starting at the core and working out...
Sabre Defence Receiver: 130
CMT (stag arms) A3 righty Upper (minus charging handle): 100
Badger ordinance gen 2 latch and charge: 34
DPMS Ti-nitrate coated bolt: 169
Ergo grip + gapper: 20
Chip McCormick curved trig: 175
Wolff buffer tube and spring: 20
Magpul PRS stock: 239
Magpul winter trigger guard: 20
18" fluted Barrel w/ block & tube: ?
YHM Smooth side free float (rifle length): 118
Smith Vortec: 46
lower parts kit: 44
Armorer's block: 35
DPMS Combo tool (gun show): 14

Total thus far: 1,150

I could really use some help here boys. Looking for an equivalent or better (prefered billeted) receiver deal...same with any of the parts. Been looking high and low for deals since I posted this.
I am in depserate need of help finding a barrel. I want something contoured...maybe with the gas block...at this point I don't care.
Saw some offers for Wilson fluted 18" around 250-- all back ordered +90 days.
I'm dead set on the vortec flashhider-- can't afford a steppup and don't want anything throwing off the gun's profile.
