Edwards Air Force Base's AFFTC Detachment 3. It has three primary and four [really two] emergency runways. The first primary is 32 Left, with a total length of 24,000ft. The second primary is 32 Right, and is 12,000 feet long. The third is 30, which is 7,500ft long, and is only used for outside traffic. The emergency runways are 09L and 09R, which run parallel, and 03L and 03R, which also run parallel. These are unpaved salt bed runways and in practice each set is used as a single runway except in UAV tests. It is used as a test base for new aircraft, technologies and tactics and is highly secure.

Correct on "Area 51".
The picture portrays USAF Groom Lake Facility, Nevada. THEORETICALLY reachable from the town of Rachel, NV, through Highway 375 (the "Extraterrestrial Highway"): The truth is that acres and acres around the area are highly secured through electrified fences, CCTV cameras with night vision capabilities and movement sensors scattered around the perimeter, and light infantry platoons mounted on light vehicles in camo painting that can reach any point of the perimeter within 3 to 5 minutes after the alarm.
While the United States government "denies" the existence of the AREA-51, they don't deny the existence of the Groom Lake facility and of the closer Edwards AFB. Officially admitted, the Groom Lake facility hosts a number of ComBloc airplanes of old and new generations (MiGs of all kinds, Sukhoi, etc.) acquired by the USAF during the years and used to test new radar and anti-aircraft systems, and possible compatibility within the Western and Eastern systems, last but not least to train top pilots to the use of "enemy" aircrafts should the need arise; still officially admitted, the Groom Lake facility is the place where Lockheed-Martin Corporation has developed for the USAF aircrafts like the F117-A "Nighthawk" (a.k.a. the "Stealth Fighter"), the SR-71 "Blackbird" and the U-2. Ufologists call the AREA-51 to be NOT the surface facility, but an underground base placed 90 metres under the surface and functioning as a research center for alien-based technology, and it's claimed to be the place where the US Government keeps the "flying saucer" and the bodies of the dead extraterrestrial living forms that purportedly crashed at Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947. You want my opinion about it...?  Hell, UZI, you win again. Your backyard must be starting to run out of space, with all those seized batteries of Kathiusha rockets.

Here's the next one, this should be hard:
 Hints... By now you should have noticed a pattern to my Google Earth Trivias, this one conforms to that. They're also in chronological order, this one is no exception. But this one is different than the others... It had the opposite outcome. More hints if no one gets it in 24 hours.
