It looks like a scale model.

Wink NOTHING is impossible for the Italian Stallion!

SAFIR T-14 shotgun system

Introduced at the 2007 IWA expo in Nuremberg (Germany), the T-14 shotgun series consists in three semi-automatic, gas-operated shotguns chambered for the .410 gauge cartridge, which has extremely good performances for home defense and represents the ideal solution for small-game hunting and unexpensive plinking.

Thise shotguns have origin in Turkey, and are marketed in Europe through WAFFEN SCHUMACHER OhG of Germany. The choice has been made to pattern those shotguns after the popular AR-15/M-16 style weapons both to make them readily available in Turkey, where gun laws can be considered very liberal in comparaison with the rest of the countries of that area, and for the German market, which has recently legalized military-style firearms. Also, being those firearms actually shotguns and not centerfire semi-automatics, them should be legal in many countries, such as the United Kingdom, which have forbidden the civilian ownership of centerfire semi-automatic mil-style firearms.

damnit...now I gotta spend 25 bucks mailing a .05 cent piece to the italian.
You are correct sir! Rumor's had it these things will shortly be available here in the US. I don't like Turkish guns, but I'd be interested in shooting one of these-- maybe something TJ could send off to Tromix for some ninja type mods.

You have to find more difficult when playing with the Italian.

Red face SAFIR AR-15 type shotguns...

I have seen them at the IWA this year, and handled them, but honestly, I could not tell you in what them can feel any different from any AR-15/M-16/M4-style weapon that you can already find on the market. Sure, we're talking about .410-gauge shotguns, but even then... well, let's say that, should I want a scary .410 shotgun, those SAFIRs wouldn't be my first choice. The Saiga 410K-01 "Cossack" looks, and feels, much better IMHO.
