Question Delayed Blowback AR15 upper receiver?

Has anyone attempted to manufacture an AR15 upper receiver using Lever/Roller Delayed Blowback?. Just that weapons such as the 2B-A-40, TKB-517 and AVB-7.62 which are Lever Delayed have been more accurate and controllable when firing full automatic. Also, it would improve maintainability as there would be no gas port/piston which would get clogged up with residue. Much like the FAMAS and H&K G3, the action of the weapon would be packed into the bolt.

Its just that the AR15 derivatives have been very ergonomic as well as modular and thought this would be the best improvement on this platform.
